The process begins with empty tubes handled by the KX Robot Feeder and filled inside the KX1103 EVO machine, before a KP pick-and-place robot transfers them directly into the KP800 EVO cartoning unit.
The automation extends right through to the final packaging stages, where the CKCP20 Case Packer groups the cartons into shipping boxes and the RC20 Palletizer prepares the final pallets for delivery.
The line's fully modular design allows manufacturers to mix and match filling and cartoning units to meet their specific operational requirements.
