The CRLA60 lipstick moulding machine achieves production speeds up to 60 lipsticks per minute, without friction. It offers the possibility of designing standard and mini lipsticks, jumbo, slim sticks, lip balm and foundation sticks. 4 pumps driven by servomotors for greater efficiency carry the filling process out with the possibility of adjusting the speed and dosage on the touch screen control. The new MF version enables backfilling directly into the appropriate components.
