The CRLA20 lipstick moulding machine achieves production speeds up to 20 lipsticks per minute, without friction. It offers the possibility of designing standard and mini lipsticks, jumbo, slim sticks, lip balm and foundation sticks. Format changes are very fast thanks to the automation of many adjustment points, the limited number of pieces per format, and the fact that the moulds do not require cleaning between recipes. The new MF version enables « backfilling » directly into the appropriate components.
