At Citus Kalix, customer service is an integral part of our value proposition. Over the past year, we have taken a significant step forward by investing in a dedicated North America Customer Service Hub, located in Davenport, Iowa, and shared with other Coesia companies. This strategic initiative reinforces our commitment to being closer to our customers and delivering faster, more effective support across the region.

A Local Hub Designed for Speed and Reliability

At the heart of the Davenport hub is a physical spare parts warehouse, specifically established to support the installed base of Citus Kalix machines in North America. By stocking critical components locally, we significantly reduce response times, improve availability for urgent maintenance needs, and better support field technicians ahead of on-site interventions. This proximity directly contributes to minimized downtime and improved operational continuity for our customers.

On-the-Ground Expertise, Supported by Remote Assistance

The North America Service Hub combines physical presence with technical expertise. Two field technicians are based locally, enabling rapid intervention directly at customer sites. Their work is supported by a remote technical support function, providing troubleshooting assistance, guidance on spare parts identification, and coordination with specialists when required.

All service activities are centrally managed to ensure structured case handling, clear communication, and efficient resolution—fully aligned with Coesia service standards.
